   According to IResearch Consulting Group，the first week of this year，5.85 million users of Mobike were seen while Ofo had 1.4 million users.Users just install（安装）a mobile app，search for bikes nearby，scan the QR code（二维码）on a bike to unlock it and ride away.When finished with the bike，the user can just lock it at any place，any time.Shared bicycles offer a new，environment ally-friendly method of travel.
   However，the projects have also led to problems such as illegal（非法的）parking，theft and destroying on purpose.Last month，two nurses in Beijing were punished for putting locks on two shared bikes.And in December，2016，a man who stole a shared bike was fined 1，000 yuan by the Shanghai Minhang People's Court.
   In fact，these problems are also shared by bike-sharing projects abroad.According to The New York Times in October，2009，a large number of bikes suffered from problems of destroying or theft.For example，bikes were found hanging from lampposts（街灯柱） or thrown into the Seine River.
