51964. (2022•高新一中•一模) Have you ever tried living without any money?In this day and age,living without money sounds impossible.However,that's exactly what an Australian couple has been doing for almost a year.It's not easy,but they've made it work somehow.
    Rachel,24,and Liam,26,have come up with all kinds of different ways to get through the year without any cash (现金).They built themselves a new home in West Gippsland,a rural (乡村的)area in Victoria.The house is made completely out of recycled materials.
    "We enjoy the feeling of being able to choose what we want to do without thinking of money," said Rachel.
    "We don't have to worry about plane tickets,food or beautiful clothes."
    Sometimes life is very difficult there.For example,they even have to take showers under cold rainwater that is collected on the roof.They spend most of the day working for local farmers--planting vegetables and picking berries so that they can get their next meals.
    With only a few months left of their cashless year,the couple has not decided whether they're going to return to city life or not.It's not easy to live here,but they might just continue.They seem quite happy with their lifestyle,and they get along really well with their neighbors too.
